Donald F. Browne, Jr. graduated from Villanova University with a B.S. in Business Administration. He then graduated from the Rutgers School of Law – Camden. Donnie is licensed to practice law in the state courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania; as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

He is a member of the American Association for Justice, and the New Jersey Association for Justice.
Donnie is an active member of the AAJ – Nursing Home Litigation Group, where fellow plaintiff’s lawyers share information and ideas related to representing nursing home residents in courts throughout America. He is also a member of N.C.C.N.H.R. – the National Citizen’s Coalition for Nursing Home Reform.

Donnie focuses his practice on representing elderly members of society and their families against nursing homes that abuse and neglect them. Donnie also accepts cases involving serious injury and wrongful death, including cases involving: medical malpractice, auto mobile accidents, legal malpractice, complex litigation, class actions, prescription drug cases, inadequate security, and product liability; as well as defense of criminal and traffic offenses.

He has tried seven jury trials to verdict in the Superior Court of New Jersey, and has provided support to fellow attorneys preparing countless other matters for trial.
